One day Meditation Camp, May 21

We gather together on Saturday ,May 21st for a one-day meditation camp. at Osho Sadhana Meditation Center. 
This is one of the best ways to experiment and experience several Osho Meditations. And its suitable from Beginners to Expert meditators.

Each meditation will begin with complete instructions on how to do the meditation. Some of these will involve physical activity and some will be passive meditations.


 

The tentative schedule for the event is:

8:30 – 9:30      – Osho Dynamic Meditation

9:30 – 11:00    – Breakfast and Rest

11:00 - 11:30 -   Osho Audio Discourse

11:30 – 12:30 – Nataraj Meditation / Stop Meditation

12:30 – 2:00  –  Lunch and Rest

2:00 – 2:30 –   Osho Video Discourse

2:30 – 3:30 - Chakra Sound / Nadabrahma Meditation

3:30 – 5:00 –   Rest / River visit/  Zen walk along the river

5:00 – 6:00 –    Osho Kundalini Meditation

6:00 – 7:00 –    Rest

7:00 – 8:00 –    Osho Evening Satsangand Celebrations


 

Wear loose clothes and drink plenty of water.

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for getting necessary instructions on meditations.

The suggested love donations for the event is 20$ , which has vegetarian lunch , evening tea/snacks and whole day of meditations with a loving, caring group of fellow meditators.

You can join us from the morning or join us for some of these sessions as your schedule permits
