Each meditation will begin with complete instructions on how to do the meditation. Some of these will involve physical activity and some will be passive meditations.

Wear loose clothes and drink plenty of water.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for getting necessary instructions on meditations.
The suggested love donations for the event is 40$ , which has Breakfast, vegetarian lunch , evening tea, dinner and whole day of meditations with a loving, caring group of fellow meditators.
